Welcome to SBNetwork! This page provides instructions on how to sign out, delete your account, manage posts, and understand our policies.

How to Sign Out of the App

This guide explains how to sign out of the app and manage your account data.

1. Open the app on your Android device.
2. Go to the "Settings" or "Profile" section (usually found in the navigation menu).
3. Look for the "Sign Out" button and tap it.
4. You will be signed out of the app, and you’ll return to the login screen.

How to Delete a Post

You can delete your own messages (posts) in the app’s chat channels. Follow these steps:

1. Open the app and navigate to the chat channel where your message is located.
2. Find the message you want to delete (e.g., "chat-test" posted by you).
3. Long-press the message or tap the three-dot menu next to it.
4. Select "Delete" from the options.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted. The message will be removed from the channel.
6. Note: Only messages you posted can be deleted. Contact support if you need help with others’ posts.

How to Edit a Post

You can edit your own messages (posts) in the app’s chat channels. Follow these steps:

1. Open the app and go to the chat channel containing your message.
2. Locate your message (e.g., "chat-test").
3. Long-press the message or tap the three-dot menu next to it.
4. Choose "Edit" from the options.
5. Modify the text in the provided text box and save your changes.
6. The updated message will appear in the channel with an "edited" label.
7. Note: Editing is only available for your own messages and may have a time limit after posting.

Privacy Policy

SBNetwork (hereinafter "we" or "us") values your personal information and strives to protect it. This policy complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and Google Play policies, and explains the information we collect and how it is used.

• Purpose: This Privacy Policy is established to protect users' personal information and to transparently disclose the purpose of information collection and usage.
• Personal Information Collected: Email address, nickname, profile picture (optional), device information (via Google Crashlytics), chat messages.
• Purpose of Collection: To provide services, authenticate users, offer rankings, manage chat channels, and improve app performance.
• Methods of Collection: Direct input, Google login, automatic collection.
• Sharing with Third Parties: Only with Google (for login and analytics) or when legally required.
• Retention and Destruction: Data is retained during service use and destroyed upon account deletion or post removal.
• User Rights: Access, correct, or delete your data by contacting support@sbnetwork.com.
• Security Measures: Encryption and firewalls are used.
• Changes: Policy changes will be notified via in-app notices or email.

Terms of Service

SBNetwork establishes these Terms of Service to specify the rules users must follow and to provide a safe service environment.

• Purpose: Define conditions of use, rights, obligations, and responsibilities.
• Service Details: Social mining, user ranking, ad-based rewards, chat channels.
• Agreement: Established upon agreeing to Terms and logging in; users under 14 are restricted.
• User Obligations: No account theft, abnormal use (bots/macros), false information, or inappropriate posts.
• Service Suspension: Possible during maintenance or legal/technical issues.
• Limitation of Liability: For entertainment only; no liability for force majeure interruptions.
• Changes: Terms may be revised, with notifications via in-app notices or email.
• Dispute Resolution: Governed by Korean law, Seoul Central District Court jurisdiction.
